Pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement among the erstwhile Max India Limited, Max Healthcare Institute Limited, Radiant Life Care Private Limited, and Advaita Allied Health Services Limited (subsequently renamed Max India Limited), and their respective shareholders and creditors, the company underwent a name change.

The Scheme, approved under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, received approval from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated January 17, 2020. Consequently, the company was issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the new name on July 1, 2020.
